...anyway, form it up into a ball in the polythene in the palm of your hand, the warmth is the key. do this for about 2 tunes.

then use a rollin pin, with it still wrapped in polythene. squah it out hard then open it up and fold the gear up, re-cover and squash some more. do this for as long as you can be arsed, the longer the better. it takes a good 10 mins for the hash to turn

i don't weigh as a rule, but for the purposes of the demonstration.... an hour or so's smokin and fiddlin with the trim waste from your plants and... ...and the leaf will go again (i usually get another 3g) ....and then it can replace tobacco in yer bange
